If you feel you need to register by paper application, you may request a paper application by calling 417.476.2565 or emailing libby@campbarnabas.org. Please understand that, if you register by paper application, there is an additional $50 fee that must be paid at the time of registration. In other words, when you register by paper application, you will need to attach a check for $100. This will cover your $50 registration fee and the $50 fee for the paper application. Your tuition will still be $600.
