Camp Barnabas "Young Friends" Week - IMPORTANT Arrival Time Update

Hello Wonderful Camp Families!

We hope this message finds you brimming with joy and anticipation for our "Young Friends" term at Camp Barnabas. We're looking forward to a session full of laughter, learning, and love - but first, we have a crucial mission for you!

Mother Nature has decided to share a little bit of her summer showers with us on our first day of Term 3. While we don't have the ability to control the weather, our dedicated team has been busy re-arranging schedules to ensure the smoothest possible arrival experience for all our camp families.

To maintain everyone's comfort and safety during this rainy start, we have revised the arrival times based on the first letter of your last name. Please note, it is EXTREMELY important to stick to your allocated time. Here's the new timetable:

• If your last name starts with A-F: Your adventure begins at 4:00pm-4:30pm
• If your last name starts with G-M: Please arrive at camp between 4:30pm-5:00pm
• If your last name starts with N-S: Your scheduled time is 5:00pm-5:30pm
• If your last name starts with T-Z: Your special arrival is planned between 5:30pm-6:00pm

For those who need a little extra time to discuss specific health or behavior needs with our top-notch med team or behavior specialist, we will have a special area set aside. We appreciate your understanding as these important discussions may take a little longer, but we believe every moment spent ensures a better camp experience for your camper.

Though the skies may be drizzling, our spirits remain sunny. We're planning a fun-filled pool party tonight once the showers subside! To make a swift transition from arrival to fun, you might want to come dressed ready to make a splash. So wear your swimwear, floaties, and don't forget those beaming smiles!

We understand that these changes may require some adjustments to your plans, and we're truly grateful for your understanding and flexibility. Your patience and cooperation play a huge role in ensuring that everyone has an unforgettable camp experience.
